What it is:

  • Teams needing clarity, trust, and execution alignment
    Timeline: 2–6 weeks

Advisory Retainer (Ongoing Partnership)

What it is:
Ongoing access to strategic thinking, leadership support, and research-based insights. I act as your thought partner, culture strategist, and external sounding board.

 

Includes:

  • Regular sessions with CEO and/or leadership team

  • On-call advisory via email/voice note/messaging

  • Add-on team workshops or communication reviews

 

Who it’s for:

  • CEOs navigating change, growth, or culture challenges

Problem-Solving Labs

What it is:

Deep dive session on a particular challenge, such as team structure, culture change bottleneck, strategic decision, or board presentation.
