
About Me
I have held roles in finance, business development and strategy in the Technology, Banking, Mining and Cosmetics sectors. I have been fortunate to have had a truly international experience working with executives in large multinationals like Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Bank, Coty and Vale SA. This diverse experience, combined with my background as a Russian-Israeli American, has shaped my cross-cultural view about the challenges that leaders and organizations face when going through growth stages.
I high-performance organizations who want to accelerate their performance through investing in their management capabilities. My approach is interactive, data-driven and global. Among my clients are large multinationals such as Coca-Cola, British American Tobacco, Google, and PayPal and small startups like Ellevate Network, LEVEE and Mandaê. I also touched numerous others via the high-potential women who had participated in my programs.
I hold an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania and BS in Computer Sciences and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas Business and Public Administration School (FGV/EBAPE) in Rio de Janeiro.
