I started Miriam Grobman Consulting after spending almost 10 years in male-dominated industries and observing various barriers to women's career success. Companies consistently fail to harness the full potential of their female employees. I want to give them the tools to change this!

I have held roles in finance, business development and strategy in the Technology, Banking, Mining and Cosmetics sectors. I have been fortunate to have had a truly international experience working with executives in large multinationals like Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Bank, Coty and Vale SA. This diverse experience, combined with my background as a Russian-Israeli American, has shaped my cross-cultural view about the challenges that women face in the journey to the top of organizations.
I now work with high-potential women who want to grow in their careers and high-performance organizations who want to accelerate the ascension of women into top roles. My approach is cross-functional, analytical and global. Among my clients are large multinationals such as Coca-Cola, British American Tobacco and PayPal and small startups like Ellevate Network. I also touched numerous others via the high-potential women who had participated in my programs.
I hold an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania and BS in Computer Sciences and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
